This RC kit replicates the Subaru BRZ from the GT300 class of the Japanese Super GT series, specifically the R&D Sport-run variant. While maintaining the essence of the road-worthy BRZ, it undergoes significant modifications for racing, boasting a sleek, wide, and low-profile design. STI, Subaru’s motorsports division, enhances the 2-liter 4-cylinder boxer engine to achieve 345hp output and robust 325lb-ft torque. The model faithfully captures the appearance of the car during Round 2 of the 2014 season at Fuji, reflecting its positive performance and notable progress throughout the racing year.
The Clear untrimmed body design of the 2014 Subaru BRZ R&D Sport race car is a captivating blend of aerodynamic functionality and racing aesthetics. With a widened and lowered profile, the car exudes a dynamic and aggressive stance, emphasizing its purpose-built nature for the GT300 class of the Japanese Super GT series. The TT-02 chassis, with its adaptable and balanced shaft-driven 4WD system, ensures excellent stability through a longitudinal layout featuring the battery on the left and the motor on the right. Its design incorporates identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for straightforward assembly, along with easily maintainable gearboxes. The chassis offers versatility with two wheelbases, two ground clearance settings, two tread setups, and a selection of ten gear ratios. This chassis Kit includes both a torque tuned brushed motor and Hobbywing 1060 ESC. these components combine to deliver a performance enhanced on-road racing experience. The compact ESC boasts extreme performance, complemented by a built-in capacitor module for efficient power delivery. With exceptional current endurance capability, easily configurable parameters using ESC jumpers, and automatic throttle range calibration for user-friendly setup, the Quicrun 1060 stands out. GT Fighter
This R/C model assembly kit recreates an entry in the GT300 class of the 2014 Japanese Super GT racing series that featured a turbocharged 4-cylinder boxer engine and tight cornering thanks to a low center of gravity. Drivers Kota Sasaki and Takuto Iguchi achieved stand-out results such as second in Rd.3 at Autopolis and a pole-to-flag win in a wet Rd.5 in Fuji. The form of the car, a wider low-bonnet version of the road model, is depicted faithfully in polycarbonate. Separate parts are included in the kit to recreate the side mirrors and rear wing, and markings are provided to recreate BRZ and sponsor logos, as well as car numbers.
