The Tamiya Alpine A110 1973 Jager Meister Kit recreates the iconic Alpine A110 rally car. The Alpine A110 was a French compact coupe featuring a lightweight FRP body based upon a steel backbone, rear-wheel drive chassis with the rear-mounted inline-4 engine. With a well engineered chassis the A110 was able to win many races including a World Rally championship. Tamiya tastefully honored this vehicle with many scale details such as the separate ABS plastic parts that authentically depict headlights, front/rear bumpers and side mirrors.

M-06 Chassis:

The M-06 chassis features a Rear-Mounted Motor, Rear-Drive setup and features a longitudinally-mounted battery pack, with R/C radio gear positioned on either side for optimum balance and low center of gravity. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension is equipped with 60D radial tires at the front and 60D super grip tires at the rear. In addition, a 3-piece steering linkage offers nimble handling response.

A Class Act
The Alpine A110 was a French compact coupe featuring a lightweight FRP body based upon a steel backbone, rear-wheel drive chassis with the rear-mounted inline-4 engine positioned longitudinally. Production continued from its debut year 1963 until 1977, and the A110 attained motor racing fame after victory in the 1971 rally in Monte Carlo. In 1973, this car become the first world rally champion and its J?germeister orange version achieved a class victory in German circuit races. This is an R/C model assembly kit of such an Alpine A110, its polycarbonate body realistically capturing the distinctive 2-door coupe form in style. Stickers are included to recreate sponsor logos, race numbers and more.   • Stickers are used to depict taillight detail, the engine hood air ducts, and other details across the car.

  • Dish type wheels really finish off the model’s look, with gold color discs. Tires have molded tread pattern.

  • ★A close-up on the independent double wishbone front suspension setup, which employs friction dampers.

  • ★With rear re-assembly, 210mm, 225mm and 239mm wheelbases are possible. This model uses 210mm.
